		<description>I&#039;m making this today!  We had a dessert at an ice creamery that used this and layered vanilla ice cream and caramel on top.  It was SOOOOO good!  I&#039;ve been dying to try it at home.</description>

		<description>New beginnings are hard because they remind us that the past can never be again. I smiled though, when I saw the last photo - that the digger got past the ashen topsoil, and revealed clean bright --- almost orange -- soil. It&#039;s a metaphor for you to cling to. 

On another note, I&#039;d check and make sure that company doesn&#039;t have a history of &quot;working&quot; on people&#039;s plans and then canceling and keeping deposits. Sounds fishy to me.</description>
