		<description>Hi Rita! Nice of you to visit. I&#039;ve started using bread flour with this recipe (reducing it by 1/4 cup), and it makes it a bit chewier, which my husband likes. Glad you liked it. The Artisan Bread in 5 folks are amazing!</description>
