Very slightly cropped (a few pixels on the right), but otherwise untouched. For those who like it straight up and unprocessed.
Then again, no sunrise ever needed any processing.
This post has nothing to do with the fact that I can’t do any Photoshop work right now anyway. Nope. Nothing to do with that at all.
Is it au naturel? Or au naturale? Or au naturelle? Both Merriam and Webster say that it’s au naturel, so I’m going with that.
My brain isn’t working anymore.
I’m going to stop talking now.

…whatever… it IS beautiful!!!
For the record, I think “post capture” editing and/or “dark room editing” – all as artistic as the “perfect capture”. We all see the world with our unique perception anyway.
Rock on Ivoryhut!
Love it… even tho Photoshop could perhaps (but perhaps not) make the picture even better, there’s a pride one has with a great picture via “au naturel”. Good job!, no on 2nd tho’t GREAT job!
Stunning my friend…stunning!
Since the only processing I can do on my photos (non-photoshop owner here, the program I do have is lame) is usually cropping, I’ve always been a big fan of trying to get it right SOOC, and this is a lovely example of getting it right.
Perfection!
Hi, Ann! (Waves to Ann) Nice of you to drop by.
Patriot Girl, you are so right. I could have actually improved this in Photoshop, but I’ve resisted doing so. Although, that’s less out of principle/self-challenge and more because I was temporarily without access to the machine I use to do Photoshop work. :)
Shrewbie-doo, thanks. You know me. I’m just in charge of the shutter. I can’t command sunrises like this one.
Hi Karma and Daily! (Waves again)
