Don’t remember how I found your blog…..but these last few entries are perceptive. I like this photo and like you have taken a few really amazing things with very simple, basic point and shoots. I believe the camera is only a very small part of the equasion. The biggest part is the photographer and his/her ability to manipulate a camera. You know how to do it! Thanks for sharing.
Shrew, about an hour after this shot, we parked the car on the side of the road and then walked a few yards to have some oyster cocktails while standing next to the road. The oysters were shucked in front of us, then doused in some wicked Caribbean pepper sauce. Just the thought of it brings the taste back to my mouth. Yum.
Now and then I'll have songs in my posts. It doesn't take much technical know-how to download those files. The songs are provided for you to sample because, well, I think more people should hear them. If you like them, then please buy their music and see them live so these artists can continue giving us good stuff.
Wow, absolutely beautiful!
I’d say the photographer really knows her stuff, too!
Agree with “thedailyclick” – also with you re Canon… I managed to get some nice shots over 7 years with my Digital Elph 2.1 megapixel S300.
Beautiful shot!

I love your eye. The composition on all of your shots is wonderful.
Thanks, everyone! Glad that you liked the shot.
Oh boy…talk about tasting the salt in the air and feeling the warm breeze on your cheek. Beautiful.
I looks almost dreamy.
