What do you call the photographer’s version of writer’s block? Whatever it is, that’s what plagued me today. I was absolutely uninspired to photograph anything all day. So Day 15 will be the tip of my red pen because, well, even that was unused today.
And to think I spent a good part of last night imagining all these cool things I was going to photograph up close. Right.

Ivory you continue to amaze me with your creativity. I wish my photographer’s block could produce such an interesting photo.
I’m with you on the photographer’s block! This is going to be more challenging than I realized to come up with an interesting shot every day. For me, not having any kind of pro skill with a camera, I’m also using the project to be a little photo journal of what’s going on in my life, so I’m using that as a reason for me to feel less pressure to come up with a really great shot every day. Some days it will just be about what’s happening.
Your shot is a pretty cool abstract – if you hadn’t told us it was the end of your red pen, I don’t know if I would have figured it out!
I LOVE IT…inspiration from everyday things. I wonder if your 365 will take on a theme..ie. the wonder of everyday things etc.
COOL COOL COOL
That picture actually pulses. Kewl.
Ivory? Ivory?
Karen, I am also beginning to feel the pressure of keeping this up on a daily basis. I also started to realize that I’m doing more of a “take an interesting photo everyday” challenge than an actual photoblog that documents my day in some way. So much for using the photos as some sort of diary.
MM, thanks! Nice of you to drop by.
Brc? Brc? :)
(By the way, I’ve found that browsing Flickr during bouts of boredom can really help combat photographer’s block.)
