Storm fake-out morning

We were supposed to wake up to 4 to 7 inches of snow this morning. Instead, there was only a light dusting of the white stuff on the ground, and this beautiful deep yellow sunrise.

Not that I’m complaining.

    I think your snow floated up here to MA. I’d say we have a fresh 6-7 inches here.

    Looks like you were out of bed early to get that shot. We had a snow day – I slept in!

    You know, if morning had looked this good at the time I got up the disappointment that even the dusting of snow had melted by then wouldn’t have been so bad :p (PS: good to see a fellow NJ 365er)
