Granola sweetness

granola sweetness

Today I attempted to make granola bars at home. These raisins and cranberries were very well-behaved, sitting together all nice and cozy in the bowl waiting to join the rest of the stuff already in the oven.

I can almost taste the sweetness just looking at this. Who knew shriveled old fruit can look so inviting?

I need a snack.

    Karen, they came out really, really good. Not too sweet, and crunchy and chewy at the same time. I threw in some flax seeds too, so it was an extra healthy snack.
